Summer: 2012 Summer rates: $1,600 per week, Sat.-Sat. rentals, partial week reservations will be considered if discussed after May 1, but we want to wait until that date passes before we will consider booking shorter stays during the summer. $1,600 rate is based on 8 people or less. $25 per night, per person charge for having over 8 people, except babies under 1 year old. 10-12 people max. occupancy.

$600. $25 per person per night additional fee for

Additional $25 per night for each guest beyond 8 guests. (Minimum charge of $100 per visit for each guest over base number of 8 people). $75 if air conditioning system is unlocked and activated Deposit: $800 the first year and $500 every year after that. 90 day notice needed for summer cancellations. 30 day notice needed
