Summer: June 1-Labor Day, weekly (Saturday to Saturday only) - $1,800 Special offer $1,500

Fall and Spring: Labor Day - Dec. 15 and March - May
(Excluding Holiday Weekends): 2 nights              $375
                                          3 nights              $450
                                          Additional night:   $150
                                          Weekly               $1,100

Winter:   2 night:               $575
             3 night:            $700
             Week:              $1,600

Extra charges: $75 extra fee for groups over 8. (owners occasionally waive this)

$75 if air conditioning system is unlocked and activated

Deposit: $800 the first year and $500 every year after that.

90 day notice needed for summer cancellations.

30 day notice needed for winter cancellations for any reason.
If the house is rented to another group, there will be no cancellation costs to you.

Only 5.5% WI sales tax charged on all rentals
(Not: 5.5% WI sales tax plus 4.5% township tax like most other areas)
